Long Beach to host LA Independent Beer Fest on June 15
Shoreline Aquatic Park will be filled with vendors from over 75 breweries from all over LA County this Saturday.
The LA Independent Beer Fest will hit Long Beach’s Shoreline Aquatic Park on Saturday, June 15 kicking off a week of beer-related events.
Live music, games and vendors from over 75 independent breweries will descend upon the park for a day of eating and drinking.
General admission tickets priced at $65 (plus fees) include a commemorative glass for unlimited beer tastings from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday. VIP tickets are $90 (plus fees) and include early admission starting at noon for the rare beer tastings, a food coupon, a special edition commemorative glass and unlimited tastings.
For those who aren’t drinking and just want to enjoy the atmosphere and food, or provide a helping hand to a friend by being a designated driver, tickets are $20.

The event is organized by the Los Angeles County Brewers Guild, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting locally-owned, independent breweries in Los Angeles County.
Long Beach’s breweries will have a huge presence at the event, which kicks off LA Beer Week.
ISM Brewing, located within the former Downtown Beachwood Brewing space on The Promenade, will host a Long Beach launch party on Friday, June 14 from noon to 10 p.m. with a tap takeover including Trademark Brewing, Belmont Brewing Co., Altar Society, Beachwood, Long Beach Beer Lab, and more. KLPB’s Andrea Toyias will also play a live DJ set for the event.
On the same night from 6:30 to 10 p.m., Trademark Brewing will unveil a super collab beer and host a panel of some of Long Beach’s most well-known brewers at 7 p.m. Eight local breweries are participating in the collab, tickets for the event are priced $15 and will benefit the LA County Brewers Guild.
If you don’t get your fill in the park on Saturday, anyone is welcome to head to ISM Brewing for an unofficial afterparty starting at 5 p.m. The “official: afterparty will be hosted at Trademark Brewing at 5 p.m.
