Police ask for help finding missing at-risk 60-year-old man

Police are asking for assistance in locating an at-risk 60-year-old man who went missing in Long Beach Friday.
Norris Baldwin was last seen near the 3100 block of Long Beach Boulevard at noon, according to the Long Beach Police Department. His destination is unknown, police added.
Baldwin was wearing a Lakers hat, gray jacket and blue jeans when he was last seen, police said.
He is 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs 144 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes, according to authorities.
Baldwin has medical conditions, requires ongoing medical treatment and has limited verbal communication abilities, police added.
Long Beach police ask anyone who has seen him to call their Missing Persons Detail at 562-570-7246 or Police Dispatch at 562-435-6711.
