Police say Pedro Renteria Jr. was last seen near the 3300 block of Magnolia Avenue just before noon Sunday and has not been heard from since.

UPDATE: Pedro Renteria Jr. was found safely in Carson, according to police.

Long Beach police are asking for the public’s help in finding an at-risk 55-year-old man who went missing Sunday.

Police say Pedro Renteria Jr. was last seen around the 3300 block of Magnolia Avenue just before noon and has not been heard from since. The area is just south of Wardlow Road.

It’s unclear where he may be headed but police say he has medical conditions and may become disoriented.

Renteria Jr. is 5 feet, 3 inches tall, weighs 185 pounds and has gray hair and with hazel eyes, according to authorities. He also has a surgical scar on his head, they added.

He was last seen wearing gray sweater, black pants, black shoes and a white WanderGuard bracelet, which is typically worn by patients at medical facilities to help staff monitor their locations.

Police ask anyone who sees Renteria Jr. to contact them at 562-570-7246.
