When officers arrived, they found the man with gunshot wounds to the upper and lower body, according to the LBPD.
He was taken by Long Beach Fire personnel to a local hospital for treatment, police added, though they did not provide information on his condition.
It's unclear what prompted the fight or whether the men knew each other.
