Man hospitalized after Central Long Beach stabbing, police say
The man was in the 1000 block of Anaheim Street early Sunday morning when he was stabbed, according to authorities.
Police are investigating a stabbing in Central Long Beach that left a man hospitalized early Sunday morning.
Long Beach police say the man was in the 1000 block of Anaheim Street around 5:14 a.m. when he was stabbed.
Long Beach Fire Department personnel took the man to a local hospital, where he was treated for multiple stab wounds to his upper body, according to authorities. The man's wounds were not considered life threatening, police said.
The motive, circumstances of the stabbing and suspect information are all under investigation, according to the LBPD.
