St. Mary seeks help to identify unknown patient

St. Mary Medical Center is asking for the public's help to identify a man who was brought into the hospital at 9:33 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 16.

The man was found at a gas station on Pacific Coast Highway and Santa Fe Avenue, according to a statement from the hospital. He had no identification on him.

The man is described as African American with an estimated age between 35 and 45 years old, according to the hospital. He has brown eyes and brown hair. He is about 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs approximately 163 pounds. He also has short black/gray stubble and no visible tattoos or markings, according to the statement. 

Anyone with information about the man is urged to call 562-491-9381.
