Police are asking for the public's help in finding a hit-and-run driver in a crash last week that left a motorcyclist in critical condition.
The crash happened just after 6 p.m. at the intersection of Pacific Avenue and Seventh Street on Friday, Feb. 7, according to the Long Beach Police Department.
The driver of a black Chevrolet pickup truck was traveling westbound on Seventh Street when it crashed with a motorcyclist going northbound on Pacific Avenue, police said. It's not clear at this time who had the right of way, police said.

The driver of the pickup truck continued driving along Seventh Street after the crash before making a right onto northbound Cedar Avenue, the LBPD added.
The motorcyclist, meanwhile, suffered serious injuries in the crash and was taken to a local hospital in critical condition, the LBPD said.
Police said the pickup truck appears to be a new model with 4 x 4 decals on the panels above both rear tires. The vehicle will likely have damage on the front, they said.
