Police ask for help finding missing 76-year-old man with cognitive issues
Police say James Foster was last seen leaving his living facility in the 1000 block of East Fourth Street Thursday at around 7:30 a.m.
Police are asking the public for help in finding an at-risk 76-year-old man who went missing in Long Beach Thursday morning.
James Foster was last seen leaving his living facility in the 1000 block of East Fourth Street at around 7:30 a.m., according to the Long Beach Police Department.
Foster has cognitive conditions, has difficulty speaking clearly and is in a wheelchair, according to the LBPD.
He does not have a tracking device but in the past has been found close to the living facility, police added.
The LBPD described Foster as being 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 194 pounds. He has gray hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans and brown cowboy boots when he left the facility, police said.
