Police ask for help finding missing 13-year-old girl with mental conditions
Police say Franklyn B. King was last seen leaving her home in the 4000 block of Elm Avenue Friday at around 6:00 p.m.
UPDATE: Franklyn B. King was found and returned home safe and unharmed on Saturday, Dec. 28, according to police.
Police are asking the public for help in finding an at-risk 13-year-old teen who went missing in Long Beach Friday evening.
Franklyn B. King was last seen leaving her home in the 4000 block of Elm Avenue on foot at around 6 p.m., according to the Long Beach Police Department.
King has mental conditions and has no cellphone or tracking device on her person, LBPD said.
She has run away before and was found in the Downtown Long Beach area, police added.
The LBPD described King as being 4 feet 11 inches tall and weighing 112 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a royal blue hoodie with “Millionaires” written on the front and blue jeans, police said.
