Man stabbed in Central Long Beach, police say
The stabbing happened around 8:31 p.m. Wednesday, according to authorities.

Police say theyβre investigating a stabbing in Central Long Beach that left a man hospitalized Wednesday evening.
The man was in the 2000 block of Lime Avenue around 8:30 p.m. when he was stabbed, according to the Long Beach Police Department.
Long Beach Fire Department personnel took him to a local hospital for treatment, police said. The man suffered multiple stab wounds to his upper body that were not considered life-threatening, according to authorities.
The motive, circumstances and suspect information of the stabbing are all under investigation, police said.
