Man refuses to cooperate with investigators after being shot, police say
The man was shot around 3:40 a.m. Saturday in an unknown part of Long Beach, according to authorities.
A man was shot somewhere in Long Beach early Saturday morning but refused to cooperate with investigators, according to police.
Officers responded to a local hospital at 3:38 a.m. Saturday regarding a shooting victim, according to the Long Beach Police Department.
The victim had been shot multiple times in his upper and lower body, according to authorities. His wounds were not considered life-threatening, police said.
The man did not give investigators any information about the shooting, its location or suspects, according to the LBPD.
The investigation is ongoing, police said.
