Long Beach police are asking for the public’s help in finding an at-risk 37-year-old man who went missing Tuesday evening.

Police say Fredrick T. Burleson Sr. was last leaving his home in the 2100 block of Pacific Avenue around 6:30 p.m.

It’s unclear where he may be headed but police say he has medical conditions and is on foot.

Burleson is 6 feet, 1 inch tall, weighs 172 pounds and is bald with black eyes, according to authorities.

He was wearing a gray Rugrats sweatshirt shirt and sweatpants at the time of his disappearance, police said. He also has numerous tattoos on his arms, including a Lakers jersey with the No. 21 on the right forearm, police said.

Police ask anyone that sees Burleson to contact them at 562-570-7246.
