3 men wounded in 2 shootings, Long Beach police say
Both shootings, which took place in Wrigley and North Long Beach, happened Monday night, police said.

Three men were wounded in two separate shootings Monday night, police said.
Long Beach police responded to reports of a shooting at the 400 block of East Plymouth Street around 8:19 p.m., according to the Long Beach Police Department. There, officers found two men with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds.
Long Beach Fire personnel took both men to a local hospital, police said.
Both victims were apparently standing near a driveway when a third man approached and fired a gun toward them, according to the LBPD.
The suspect fled on foot before officers arrived on scene, police said.
There is no motive or suspect information at this time, police said, adding that their investigation is ongoing.
Around the same time, at 8:20 p.m., LBPD officers interviewed a separate gunshot victim at a local hospital, according to police.
That man, who had sustained non-life-threatening injuries to his lower body, told officers he had been shot at the 2800 block of Long Beach Boulevard, police said.
Though LBPD officers subsequently located evidence of a shooting at that location, circumstances and motive remain under investigation, according to the LBPD.
