2 men stabbed inside Cal Heights bar, police say
The stabbing happened around 1:09 a.m. Saturday, according to authorities.

Police say they’re investigating a stabbing in the California Heights neighborhood that left two men injured early Saturday morning.
Two men were in an argument inside Roxanne’s, a bar located at 1115 E. Wardlow Rd., which escalated into a fight around 1:09 a.m., according to the Long Beach Police Department. During the fight, the suspect stabbed the first victim, police say. The second victim was a man who attempted to break up the fight, police added.
Long Beach Fire Department personnel treated both men for stab wounds to their upper bodies, but the victims declined to go to the hospital, according to authorities. Their wounds were not considered life-threatening, police added.
The suspect fled on foot prior to officers' arrival, according to the LBPD. Additional suspect information is unknown, police said.
The stabbing remains under investigation, police added.
